O projeto de reabilitação da Quinta das Águas foi distinguido com o Prémio Januário Godinho, atribuído pelo Município de Vila Nova de Famalicão, pela qualidade da intervenção na salvaguarda e valorização do património edificado. A obra incide sobre um conjunto do século XIX e destaca-se pelo rigor construtivo, pela escolha criteriosa dos materiais e pela coerência da linguagem arquitetónica, afirmando-se de forma equilibrada face ao edifício existente. O projeto organiza-se em três momentos principais, a reabilitação da Casa Térrea e Torre, a recuperação da Garagem de Serventia e a construção de um novo Pavilhão de Verão, restabelecendo a relação entre arquitetura, memória e paisagem num modo de habitar contemporâneo.

The rehabilitation project of Quinta das Águas was awarded the Januário Godinho Prize by the Municipality of Vila Nova de Famalicão, in recognition of the quality of the intervention in safeguarding and enhancing the built heritage. The work focuses on a 19th-century ensemble and stands out for its construction rigor, careful selection of materials, and coherence of architectural language, asserting itself in a balanced dialogue with the existing building. The project is structured around three main moments: the rehabilitation of the Casa Térrea and Tower, the recovery of the Serventia Garage, and the construction of a new Summer Pavilion, restoring the relationship between architecture, memory, and landscape within a contemporary way of living.
