O projeto organiza-se em três momentos principais, a reabilitação da Casa Térrea e Torre, a recuperação da Garagem de Serventia e a construção de um novo Pavilhão de Verão, restabelecendo a relação entre arquitetura, memória e paisagem num modo de habitar contemporâneo.
The project is structured around three main moments: the rehabilitation of the Casa Térrea and Tower, the recovery of the Serventia Garage, and the construction of a new Summer Pavilion, restoring the relationship between architecture, memory, and landscape within a contemporary way of living.
